He was the lead Project Manager for the successful delivery of major and complex projects such as 447 Collins Street, Chadstone Shopping Centre Stage 40, and Stages 4 and 5 of the Kardinia Park Redevelopment. Anthony is a people-focused leader whose open and collaborative style consistently delivers excellent results.

James has extensive experience in design and construction projects of varying scales, from feasibility and early concept phases to on-site completion and post-delivery support across multiple industry sectors. His relationship-focused approach ensures all parties are aligned and work collaboratively, resulting in high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed desired objectives. James has significant experience in live environment projects, developing staging plans and alternative operational strategies. His expertise includes sporting and high-performance facilities, educational institutions, social housing, and at-risk housing projects. As the lead Project Manager, James successfully delivered the Whitten Oval Redevelopment and is currently leading the St Andrews Social Housing Project and the University of Tasmania Stadium upgrade.

Marcus has worked across major projects in different sectors and has experience dealing with heritage sites. Known for being a skilled communicator, Marcus has strong expertise in property acquisition, project management and construction management.

Ryan brings a proactive ‘can do’ attitude and strong skill sets in program, risk, cost, and quality management. His extensive experience enables him to manage complex and challenging projects while building cohesive relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. This collaborative approach ensures the successful delivery of bespoke and exciting projects. Ryan was the lead Project Manager for the successful delivery of T3 Collingwood (timber building), and Stage 5 of the Kardinia Park Redevelopment. He was also a key member of the Duo Projects Team that successfully delivered 80 Collins Street.

Tom has a deep understanding of the development and management of complex projects across various sectors including mixed-use, commercial, residential, hotels, sporting facilities, and retail. His meticulous approach enables him to seamlessly integrate multiple facets of a project. Tom is a proud Melbournian with over 16 years Project Management experience and has recently taken a keen interest in leading the development of land for new uses previously considered unsuitable. Tom was the lead Project Manager on the successful delivery of 80 Collins Street and is currently leading the development of Hawthorn Football Club’s new training facility in Dingley.
